Now, as the founder of The Exchange, I'm determined to break this cycle.
My goal is to personally know each member, understand their needs, and ensure they connect with the community authentically.
My approach is not about being your coach but creating an environment where genuine connections exist and happen regularly.
I want The Exchange to become the space you look forward to checking in with on a consistent basis.
